Meet Cam!

cam2.png

Cam spent his formative years in the best training school in the world for the fast-paced, high-pressure world of online advertising - the Marine Corps. It was, after all, in his blood, with a father and brothers who had done likewise.

After being released from active duty in 1993, Cam fully engaged in civilian life, and along with his family eventually launched OO-RAH.com, a successful site detailing the special qualities that make the Marine Corps unique. A subsequent e-commerce venture would eventually pique his interest in the art of serving customers and creating memorable user experiences. But it was actually his long-time stint as a graphic artist and ad hoc IT guy that provided the segue into information architecture that he needed. In 2005, Cam took all his prior experience - including his closely held business maxims, troubleshooting skills and knowledge of conceptual frameworks - to Click Here, where his chief responsibilities are information architecture, usability and strategy for Click Here clients: Centex Homes, The PatrĂ³n Spirits Company, Travelocity and Advance Auto Parts.

Cam can be found writing for popular blogs Chaos Scenario and MPDailyFix -- as well as for multiple collaborative books, The Age of Conversation <>, and the highly anticipated The Age of Conversation II.

He lives in Grand Prairie, Texas, with his family and two dogs, where he can be found instilling the same discipline and sense of adventure that drives him in his son's Boy Scout troop.
