Ryan is a copywriter at a large interactive advertising agency in Boston. She graduated from Boston University in 2005, where she received a BS in Communications and a BA in French Language and Literature. During her senior year, Ms. Barrett co-founded an online nightlife start-up, which she then worked on for 2 years after graduating from school.

She covers a variety of issues one of which being marketing industry trends specifically pertaining to social media and the web.
