You've exceeded your cell phone minutes... Your parents have ordered you to babysit their friend's kids. They live in the middle of nowhere. The weather's threatening. So... you have no cell phone and no car, but you do have caller ID.
The kids are sick but they've now gone to bed. Everything's cool. Then the phone rings.... It's him.
There's an alarm system and motion-sensor lights. What else do you need to protect the baby-sitter from a psycho killer stalker?
All Jill has to do is to get through the night. And all you have to do is get through it with her. Actually, that's not true. You don't have to wait that long. You have an amazing Sony Pictures EyeWonder ad unit and she doesn't.
Sony and EyeWonder completely outdid themselves with this teen-film Rich Media campaign. Whether you were scared out of your mind watching the film or not, if you're a marketer who has a competitor with a campaign that reflects this one, be afraid. Be very afraid.
Scream Queen: Camilla Belle

Phil Villarreal of the Arizona Daily Star called 'When a Stranger Calls' a scary optimization of the 1979 flick. He said the film director, Simon West's calling card is the explosion-a-minute "Con Air" and "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider," which means he's not exactly known as a paragon of restraint.
This film is the opposite of his usual work. In turning the screw, West dispenses with the megapowered cordless drill in favor of the rusty flathead from the bottom of the toolbox.
The film's star, Camilla Belle is a scream queen in training for excellence!
