Here's a video of the "World Series of Uno" (in reality, a family playing on a back porch with a "commentator" narrating the play).
The video itself is nothing more than a cute but amateur effort (there's a great line, though, where the narrator says that the "wild card" entry among players is Matt Leonard, who won a place at the table via a rock, paper, scissors match with his wife Marguerita).
The idea, though - a serious narration of what is in essence simply a fun pastime - could be used to great affect by Uno or any game maker - Hasbro, Milton Bradley, the brilliant minds behind Cranium - if done well.
