Here is a gadget that dispenses, folds and cuts toilet paper. It's easy to imagine that someday soon, public restrooms will sport something similar to this to ensure that patrons don't use too much tissue.
In the meantime, I can see the clip as an ad for Charmin: something like, Some things are complicated (image of the toilet paper dispenser doing its thing). This isn't one of them (soft fluffy roll of Charmin).
