Commercial Worthy: A Perfect Circle

A Perfect Circle

perfect circle.jpg

I've come back to this video time and again, and can't quite put my finger on the reason it keeps calling me.

It's a video of a man in what looks like a classroom who claims the skill of drawing a freehand perfect circle. He mentions that he learned there was a world championship in freehand circle drawing in Las Vegas every year, which he has won.

"It's like the Masters," he says. "Once you win, you're automatically invited back every year."

"I'll rip one circle," he adds, and proceeds to draw a circle (and it looks pretty damn perfect) about a yard or more in diameter.

Could be one of those fun, random ads for, say, a national chain restaurant like Applebee's or The Olive Garden: We all have our talents. This is his. (The man drawing his circle.) This is ours. (A "delicious" dinner creation.)
