Commercial Worthy: Thriller... with Legos

Thriller... with Legos

thriller with legos 2.jpg

Here's a video Lego should consider. It's perfect for reaching Generation X moms and dads as we're having kids of our own.

It's a video of Michael Jackson's Thriller - remade with Legos. Shot frame-for-frame exactly as the original version was done (except, of course, with Lego people and sets), the action really takes off when the ghoul Legos and Michael Jackson Lego begin to dance.

It is, of course, totally silly, but for those of us who grew up loving both Legos and Michael Jackson's unusual dance styles, it offers a double dose of nostalgia.

Since the original Thriller ran for more than 13 minutes, the video goes on for far too long. However, you can watch a shorter version here, or watch the Thriller combo, in which there's a frame with the original Michael Jackson video above the frame with the dancing Legos, so you can compare the two.
