Commercial Worthy: Ramen Noodles Go Gourmet

On a YouTube channel called itsyourturn, a couple of guys with a home office in Canada film a cooking show in Food Network-style episodes, featuring the simple lunches they cook.

Here's one that would make an effective Ramen Noodle ad. One of the chefs, Zack, spices up a typical package of "any Ramen Noodle you can get" with watercress, green onions, cilantro, and imitation crabmeat. It actually looks tasty - better than straight Ramen Noodles, anyway - and what college student or starving artist hasn't over-dosed on Ramen Noodles straight from the package?

While it's difficult to imagine Nissin Foods launching a full-scale Ramen Noodle campaign with television components, there's certainly a viral element here that could come into play, if harnessed correctly.
